ENCANTERRA

Encanterra Community

Encanterra is in Queen Creek, Arizona, in the Southeast Valley of the the Phoenix metro area—about 45 minutes southeast of Phoenix / Scottsdale.

It’s built within a master-planned community (the Encanterra Country Club development) that combines both all-ages and 55+ / active adult neighborhoods.

Because of its location, it offers a balance: relatively easy access to urban amenities (shopping, dining, freeways) while maintaining a more relaxed, resort-style “retreat” feel.

Housing

Homes in Encanterra are primarily single-family detached and duplex styles.

Floor plans generally range from about 1,342 to 2,758 sq ft, with 2–3 bedrooms and 2–3 bathrooms common.

Pricing (new or resale) spans a wide range—some listings show homes in the mid $500,000s to over $1M+ depending on size, lot, finishes, and view.
